2. Eligibility

- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
3. User Accounts
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed as authorized by you.

4. Use of AI Tools & Disclaimer
- Alive Hire employs advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) for resume suggestions, cover letters, interview simulations, and job recommendations.
- AI outputs are advisory only. Users should review and verify all AI-generated content before submission.
- We do not guarantee employment, interview calls, or job placements.
- Employers are fully responsible for their hiring decisions, job content, and compliance with employment laws.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in activities that could harm the platform or its users, including but not limited to:
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Posting or distributing offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to disrupt system functionality.
- Using the platform for spam, malware distribution, or unauthorized promotions.
6. Employer & Partner Responsibilities
- Employers must provide accurate job descriptions, compensation details, and qualification criteria.
- Employers and vendors are responsible for all hiring decisions, payment obligations, and candidate interactions.
- Alive Hire is not a party to any employment contract or financial transaction between users.
We hold no liability for disputes or outcomes resulting from interactions between job seekers, employers, or third-party vendors.
7. Payments & Subscription Plans
- Some features (e.g., AI Resume Optimization, Mock Interviews, Employer Tools) require paid plans or one-time purchases.
- All payments are final and non-refundable unless legally mandated.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing or introduce new plans with prior notice.
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until cancellation.
8. Data Privacy & Protection
